Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).​
You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order ships.​
Processing may take longer during peak seasons, sales events or high-volume periods.​
Shipping Methods and Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your pin code, order weight and value.​

Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, wallets) get priority shipping and no surcharge.​

Shipping Locations and Restrictions
Domestic Shipping: Available PAN India (except [e.g., certain remote areas, Andaman/Nicobar, Lakshadweep] where courier services are limited).​
International Shipping: Currently unavailable.​
No shipments to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or re-shippers.​
Pin Code Check: Serviceability is verified at checkout; unservicable areas will be notified.​
Fragile items (e.g., perfumes) may have additional handling fees or restrictions.​
Order Tracking
Track your order via the unique tracking ID sent in your shipping confirmation email/SMS.​

Real-time updates include shipment, out-for-delivery and delivered status.​
Cash on Delivery (COD) Specifics

Failed COD Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin):
Up to 2-3 delivery attempts will be made.​
If undelivered, order returns to us; you will be charged RTO shipping fees (₹[e.g., 100-200]) + COD surcharge. No refunds for RTO due to customer unavailability.​
Frequent RTOs may lead to account restrictions.​
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
Inspect your package upon delivery. Report issues (damage, missing items) within 24 hours via email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or WhatsApp [NUMBER] with photos.​
We replace damaged items where possible, subject to inspection. Lost shipments are resolved via courier insurance (7-15 days).​
Claims require proof of non-delivery/damage; we coordinate with couriers but are not liable for third-party errors.​
Returns and Refunds for Shipping Issues

Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is customer-paid unless due to our error (wrong/damaged item).​
